Terms of Service

Effective as of October 6, 2026.

These Terms of Service govern your use of kenari and its LLM gateway, balance, Pods, subscriptions, and domain services. By using kenari, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

kenari provides an LLM gateway and related services. In metered mode, kenari uses its provider keys, measures tokens, and debits your Rupiah balance. When you use bring your own key, or BYOK, kenari does not charge token fees. You are responsible for your relationship with the provider whose key you use.

Prices are stated in Rupiah per 1 million tokens. Rates and the model list may change. A change applies to usage after the update.

2. Account

You are responsible for your account, login details, and virtual API key beginning with kn-. Use through your virtual API key counts as your use. Keep your login details and virtual API key secure, and contact kenari promptly if you believe they were exposed or misused.

You must provide information that is accurate and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and key.

3. Prohibited use

You must not use kenari to break the law or another person's rights. You must not breach the usage policy of a model provider, disrupt or attack the service, or resell access in violation of these Terms without a written agreement.

You must not use a Pod for a function other than the function of the provided application. You must not abuse resources, mine cryptocurrency, or disrupt other users. These restrictions apply to all use of the service.

4. Balance and billing

Your balance is prepaid Rupiah. You top up first, and usage is then debited from the balance. You can top up through QRIS using Pakasir or through crypto using OxaPay. Crypto payment is completed on the OxaPay payment page. kenari receives the order number and amount. kenari does not store card numbers or payment credentials.

Topped-up balance is for use of the service. It is not refundable and cannot be cashed out, except where Indonesian law requires it. There is no refund because you changed your mind, stopped using the service, or have unused balance, unused subscription time, or an unused Pod period.

If kenari does not deliver what you paid for, the relevant charge is credited back to your balance. A balance credit is not a cash refund. This includes a domain registration that does not complete, a Pod deleted within 5 minutes of creation, for which the first month is credited back, and paid media generation that fails or ends without a result.

Nothing in these Terms removes a right that Indonesian law does not allow kenari to remove.

4a. Pods

Pods are ready-to-use applications on kenari infrastructure. A Pod is billed every 30 days from your balance. Capacity can only be increased. A tier cannot be lowered. A mid-cycle increase is prorated.

If your balance is insufficient at renewal, the Pod is suspended and stops running. After 7 days without payment, the Pod and all its data are permanently deleted and cannot be restored. You must back up important data.

A Pod may be used only for the function of the provided application. The prohibitions in section 3 apply, including resource abuse, cryptocurrency mining, and disruption of other users. Remaining time on a deleted Pod is not returned, except for the 5-minute deletion window described in section 4.

4b. Subscriptions

A paid plan runs for a 30-day cycle and is paid from your balance or by direct payment. During an active paid cycle, you cannot move to a cheaper plan. After that cycle ends, you may choose a cheaper plan.

Moving to the same price or a higher price gives a discount on that purchase. The discount is the value of the unused days of your current plan, capped at the value of its unused monthly allowance. The new plan starts a fresh 30-day cycle with full usage limits. The discount is not returned to your balance and is not paid in cash.

You can turn off automatic renewal. The current cycle continues until its end date. Turning off renewal does not refund that cycle.

4c. Domains

A domain purchase cannot be refunded once registration succeeds. If registration does not complete, the charge is credited back to your balance. For a .id domain, registrant data is published in public WHOIS under PANDI rules.

5. Service availability

kenari tries to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Model provider availability and responses are outside kenari's control.

The service is provided as is, without express or implied warranties, to the extent allowed by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, kenari is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

kenari's total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid kenari during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. kenari may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or endangers the service or other users.

Closing or termination does not create a right to a refund or cash-out of balance, unused subscription time, or unused Pod time, except where these Terms or Indonesian law require otherwise.

8. Changes to these terms

kenari may update these Terms. The effective date on the page is updated. Material changes are notified by email or in the dashboard. Use of the service after a change means you agree to the latest version.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia.
