Plan gifts
A plan gift is 30 days of a kenari plan that you pay for and someone else uses. You get a gift link and a code to send. The recipient uses the gift from their own kenari account, and it works like a month of the plan bought at its normal price. This page covers buying a gift, sending it, using one you received, and canceling one.
Buy a gift
Section titled “Buy a gift”- On the Plan page, find Gift a plan and choose Give as a gift.
- Pick a plan. A gift always lasts 30 days (1 month).
- Under Pay with, choose Balance, QRIS or Crypto, then confirm.
Paying from balance finishes right away, and the dialog turns into Gift ready to send with the gift link and the code. QRIS and crypto open the payment page, which shows the same panel once the payment completes.
A gift costs the plan’s full price, and promo codes do not apply to it. Any balance can pay for it, including balance from bonuses, cashback and promo codes. Buying a gift does not change your own plan.
You get a notification and an email when the gift is ready. The email holds the gift link and the code.
Send the gift
Section titled “Send the gift”A gift link looks like kenari.id/gift/GIFT-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Send the link, or the code on its own, by chat or email. Copy link and Copy code are on the gift’s row under Gifts you bought. Where the browser supports sharing, Share in the Gift ready to send panel opens the share sheet.
A gift does not expire. It stays ready until someone uses it or you cancel it.
Use a gift you received
Section titled “Use a gift you received”- Open the gift link. The page shows the plan, the 30 days, the plan’s budget and how many models it covers.
- If you are signed out, choose Sign in or Sign up, then come back to the gift page. Signing up does not use the gift by itself.
- The page says what the gift will do to your plan. Choose Use gift.
You can also enter the code in the Have a code? box on the Balance page. The box shows what the gift gives you, what it does to your plan, and a Use gift button. If the gift cannot be used on your account, the box links to the gift page instead.
What the gift does depends on the plan you have now.

If a coupon or a token allocation is all you have, the gift starts now.
A saved gift shows on the status card of the Plan page as Next: Studio (gift), 30 days. It starts within an hour after your current plan ends, and you get a notification and an email. Several saved gifts start one after another, in the order you saved them.
A gift that has started is a paid month of its plan. Renewing, upgrading and Start a new cycle work as they do for a plan you bought. Using a gift does not change your auto-renew setting. When the 30 days end, the plan renews only if Auto-renew from balance is on. See Subscriptions.
You can use a gift you bought on your own account. Its page shows Use it on my own account.
Track your gifts
Section titled “Track your gifts”Gifts you bought on the Plan page lists every gift with its status.

| Canceled | You or the kenari team canceled the gift, and its price went back to your balance. |
| Awaiting payment | A QRIS or crypto payment you have not finished. Continue payment opens it. The row stays on the list for 24 hours. |
You get a notification and an email when the recipient uses or saves your gift. Notifications never include the gift code, so one sent to Telegram or a webhook does not expose it. Only the email you get when the gift is ready holds the code. See Notifications.
On the Usage page, in the Balance & billing tab, the Invoice card lists your payment as Gift Studio. Once the plan starts, the recipient’s card lists Gift received: Studio.
Cancel a gift
Section titled “Cancel a gift”You can cancel a gift until its plan starts, while it is Ready to use or Waiting to start. Choose Cancel on its row, then Cancel gift.
- The full price goes back to your kenari balance, not to the QRIS or crypto payment.
- The link and the code stop working.
- A gift that was Waiting to start is removed from the recipient’s account, and they get a notification.
A gift whose plan has started cannot be canceled.
Limits
Section titled “Limits”- You can have up to 20 gifts at once that are Ready to use or Waiting to start, and buy up to 10 gifts in any 24 hours.
- Gifts are bought and used in your personal workspace. In a team workspace, the gift page shows Use in Personal, which switches to your personal workspace.
- For referral cashback, a gift counts as your paid spend on the day its plan starts. As with any spend, the part paid from balance that came from a bonus or from cashback earns nothing, and a gift canceled before it starts earns nothing. See Codes and referral.
